Fredy Flores

Fredy Flores is the Training Director at Darwin Research Group, where he focuses on helping new researchers learn, grow, and succeed. He brings strengths in health care research, communication, time management, active listening, teamwork, and adaptability to the Darwin team. Fredy earned his Master of Science in Biomedical Diagnostics and also conducted research at Arizona State University in environmental science and public health, blending technical expertise with a people-first approach to leadership. Outside of Darwin, Fredy loves listening to music, and he collects rock/metal patches and pins!
