Allison Small, MBA, is the Research Director at Darwin Research Group. She is an experienced research, operations, and account management professional who thrives at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and collaboration. She specializes in turning complex data into actionable insights, developing comprehensive reports, and guiding strategic initiatives that drive meaningful business decisions. Over her career, Allison has worked across highly regulated industries including health care, financial services, retail, e-commerce, and technology, building strong client and vendor relationships and optimizing operational workflows.
Allison enjoys mentoring teams, fostering collaboration, and helping colleagues grow while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality work. She earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and has held key roles at Merck, CVS Caremark, Six Degrees, and Neuristics (formerly HSM Group). Alison also enjoys running and hiking, and plans to hike the Grand Canyon rim-to-rim in one day.
