🎙 ABOUT DR. TRUDY HALL

Dr. Trudy R. Hall has been the Vice President of Medical Affairs and Chief Medical Officer at TidalHealth since July 2022. She previously served in leadership roles at the University of Maryland's Capital Region Health and other UM health centers, overseeing major facilities, including a 345-bed COVID care site during the pandemic. With over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, Dr. Hall has held various medical directorships, contributed to Maryland's health policy, and led initiatives like the Quality-Based Reimbursement program. She is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

🎙 ABOUT JOHN MARCHICA, HOST OF HEALTH CARE ROUNDS:

John Marchica is a veteran health care strategist and CEO of Darwin Research Group, a strategic consulting and market intelligence firm focused on hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and the evolving health care ecosystem. John has a degree in economics from Knox College, an MBA and M.A. in public policy from the University of Chicago, and completed his Ph.D. coursework at The Dartmouth Institute. He is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is pursuing certification as a Fellow.
